You better not cry, Choir is coming to town

This year, the concert choir prepared for a couple of festive events both at school and in the local community. We’ve brought the holiday spirit to the residents at the Adliswil Altersheim, caroling and doing cheesy dances for them (some of which involved jazz hands for “five gold rings” and flapping of wings for “a partridge in a pear tree”).
We even did the ZIS traditional Christmas song “Fruitcake”, which was a big hit that had the residents laughing all the way. They really enjoyed the performance, and it was so cool to see their faces light up and hear them sing along to some classic Christmas tunes. It was a great way to give back to the community, and have fun with the elderly residents at the altersheim who may not see their families this Christmas.

All in all, it’s safe to say that the Choir is on Santa’s nice list this year!
